Scholarship Information

CI 101

Through the Chapter Scholarship, the CCIM Education Foundation awards an $845 voucher toward the cost of completing CI 101: Financial Analysis for Commercial Real Estate (a required course for the CCIM designation).

Karl Wagner Scholarship

This scholarship honors Karl Wagner, CCIM as a past president and member of the Virginia CCIM Chapter, and as a Virginia National CCIM Instructor. Awards shall be in the amount of $1,000 annually.

Push for the Pin was created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM designation. Each recipient receives a full tuition enrollment in either the CI 103 or CI 104 CCIM designation course.
